Capital Financial Holdings (CFH) has originated from Capital Partners which was incorporated on July 4, 1996, celebrating its th anniversary this year.
During this period, we have been extensively providing domestic and international clients with our financial and securities services through acquisitions of a securities firm and an asset management company as well as through establishments of a Vietnam-incorporated affiliate, an M&A advisory firm and an intermediary company of financial products. Furthermore, by way of our charitable endeavors, we have been actively assisting Foundation of Japan-Vietnam Cultural Association (JVCA) since 2006. JVCA has also commenced introduction and dispatch of foreign human resources about two years ago.
I am from Buzen, Kyushu which is also the hometown of Yukichi Fukuzawa. Since our foundation, we have been holding as our corporate philosophy a “spirit of independence and self-respect” which Mr. Fukuzawa promoted. It is our firm belief that we can offer fair and neutral services to our clients only if we do not belong to any particular group and maintain independent management.

- CPS was incorporated in May 2003. While advocating a globally diversified investment since its foundation, we at CPS have been providing financial products and investment information that are completely original and unmatched. In particular, our hedge funds of foreign open-end investment trusts are so unique and attractive that they are not available at other firms. Going forward, we are committed to proving not only publicly available products but also special and custom-made investment opportunities.

- CFA was incorporated in November 2021. At present, the number of independent financial advisors (IFA) exceeds twenty, with assets under custody of c. 30 billion yen. We aim to make those assets reach 100 billion yen in a few years’ time. With no age limit at CFA, we have registered three staff in their seventies. While we have several regional IFAs registered in Fukuoka, Nara, Shiga and Ibaraki, CFA has enrolled three business assistants as well as one investment strategist and two researchers in the Tokyo Head Office.

- The representative of CRI has been participating in Global Alliance Partners (GAP) founded in 2008 as its founding member. In coordination with investment banks from fifteen countries, CRI provides various advisory services including cross-border M&A advice. CRI has a track record of advising a Chinese government-related company on its acquisition of a Japanese corporate and acting as an advisor for a listed Japanese company regarding divestiture of its Thai business.
