Capital Financial Holdings (CFH) has originated from Capital Partners, which was incorporated on July 4, 1996; the very day the United States celebrates its Independence Day. In 2026, we proudly marked the 30th anniversary of our founding.
From our earliest days, we have been guided by a steadfast determination to challenge conventional wisdom and, through our own initiative, help shape the course of global trends rather than simply follow them.
The demands of the times extend far beyond mere change. They call for a transformation in values, a renewal of established conventions; in other words, a paradigm shift. My alma mater, Waseda University, has long upheld the spirit of zaiya seishin and shinshu no seishin, a spirit of independence and a pioneering spirit, as one of its founding principles. This embodies the ethos of refusing to conform to prevailing trends and continually embracing new challenges and unexplored frontiers.
More than two decades ago, when few had yet taken notice of the Vietnamese market, we recognized its potential and began trading Vietnamese equities, as well as establishing and managing publicly offered investment trusts investing in Vietnamese stocks. Likewise, we began offering hedge funds more than two decades ago because we sought to support talented, ambitious young fund managers and to witness firsthand the moments when the world moves into its next stage of development.
Today, our group continues to explore every avenue through which we can meet the diverse and evolving needs of investors. Drawing upon our broad range of capabilities, including securities services, investment management, investment banking, and real estate brokerage, we remain committed to creating new opportunities and delivering value to our clients.

- CPS was incorporated in May 2003. While advocating a globally diversified investment since its foundation, we at CPS have been providing financial products and investment information that are completely original and unmatched. In particular, our hedge funds of foreign open-end investment trusts are so unique and attractive that they are not available at other firms. - CFA was incorporated in November 2021. At present, the number of independent financial advisors (IFA) exceeds twenty, with assets under custody of c. 30 billion yen. We aim to make those assets reach 100 billion yen in a few years’ time. With no age limit at CFA, we have registered three staff in their seventies. While we have several regional IFAs registered in Fukuoka, Nara, Shiga and Ibaraki, CFA has enrolled three business assistants as well as one investment strategist and two researchers in the Tokyo Head Office.

- The representative of CQC has been participating in Global Alliance Partners (GAP) founded in 2008 as its founding member. In coordination with investment banks from fifteen countries, CQC provides various advisory services including cross-border M&A advice. CQC has a track record of advising a Chinese government-related company on its acquisition of a Japanese corporate and acting as an advisor for a listed Japanese company regarding divestiture of its Thai business.
