Capital Financial Holdings (CFH) has originated from Capital Partners Co., Ltd., which was founded on July 4, 1996. We have marked the th anniversary this year. During this period, we have been extensively providing domestic and international clients with our financial and securities services through acquisitions of a foreign securities firm and an asset management company as well as through an establishment of an M&A advisory firm and a financial product intermediary company. Furthermore, by way of our charitable endeavors, we have been actively assisting Foundation of Japan-Vietnam Cultural Association since 2006.

 

I am from Nakatsu, Buzen which is also the hometown of Yukichi Fukuzawa, an enlightenment philosopher in the Meiji era. Since our foundation, we have been holding as our corporate philosophy a spirit of independence and self-respect Mr. Fukuzawa promoted. It is our firm belief that we can offer fair and neutral services to our clients only if we do not belong to any particular group and maintain independent management.
